Welcome to Tiervana. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tiervana website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tiervana ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing and using Tiervana, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

3. Description of Service

Service Description: Tiervana provides an AI-based image generation service and SaaS design platform. Users purchase credits to access computational features for creating custom images and comparison charts (infographics). We are not a video game publisher and do not sell virtual gaming items, game licenses, skins, keys, or in-game currency.

Tiervana provides:

  • A SaaS platform for creating and sharing tier lists (comparison charts/infographics)
  • AI-powered image generation services (paid feature via computational credits)
  • Community features for discovering and interacting with user-created content

The term "tier list" refers to a specific type of comparison chart layout, widely used in marketing, social media, and content creation. It is not a gambling or gaming product.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments and Credits

Tiervana offers AI credits for purchase. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Prices are displayed in USD or INR as applicable
  • Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase
  • Refunds are available as per our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Tiervana. By making content public, you grant Tiervana a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform.

AI-generated images created using our Service may be used by you for personal or commercial purposes, subject to our acceptable use policies.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload content or engage in conduct that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Harasses, defames, or threatens others
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
  • Attempts to manipulate or abuse the Service
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • Unused credits may be forfeited (except as required by law)
  • Content you uploaded or created may be retained to maintain platform integrity and support shared or embedded content (see our Privacy Policy for details)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tiervana is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiervana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
