Digital Product Delivery

Tiervana is a digital-only platform. All products and services are delivered electronically. No physical shipping applies.

Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment, your purchase is processed and delivered instantly:

  • AI Credits — Credited to your account immediately after payment confirmation. Credits are available for use within seconds.
  • AI-Generated Images — Delivered directly to your dashboard. Generation typically completes within 1-2 minutes per image.
  • Tier Lists & Templates — Available in your account instantly upon creation or save.

Access Your Purchases

After purchase, you can access your credits and generated content by:

  1. Logging into your Tiervana account
  2. Navigating to your dashboard or "My Tier Lists" section
  3. Your credit balance is displayed in the header/navigation bar

Confirmation

You will receive the following confirmations:

  • On-Screen Confirmation — Immediate visual confirmation of successful purchase with updated credit balance
  • Email Receipt — Payment confirmation sent to your registered email address (if provided during checkout)
  • Transaction History — Full purchase history available in your account settings

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that credits are not reflected in your account after a successful payment:

  1. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page
  2. Check your email for payment confirmation from Razorpay
  3. If credits still don't appear, contact us immediately at support@tiervana.com with your transaction ID

We will resolve any delivery issues within 24 hours.

No Physical Shipping

To be clear: Tiervana does not sell or ship any physical products. All services are provided digitally through our web platform. There are no shipping charges, delivery times, or tracking numbers associated with any purchase.
