Overview

Tiervana offers AI-powered image generation services through a credit-based system. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on credit purchases made through our platform.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Unused Credits — Full refund available for unused credits if requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Technical Issues — If our service fails to deliver AI-generated images due to technical errors on our end, you are entitled to a full credit refund or monetary refund.
  • Duplicate Payments — Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days.
  • Accidental Purchase — If you accidentally purchased credits and have not used any, you may request a refund within 1 hour of purchase.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallets: 1-3 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Credits have already been used for AI image generation
  • Request made after 7 days of purchase (for unused credits)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image quality (we offer free retries for failed generations instead)
  • Account terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Expired credits (credits expire 24 months after purchase)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@tiervana.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide the transaction ID or order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  4. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with the status of your refund.

Failed Generations & Retries

If an AI image generation fails due to technical issues, you will not be charged credits for the failed images. Additionally:

  • Failed images can be retried for FREE — no additional credits required
  • Each image can be retried up to 3 times
  • Retry window is 72 hours from the original generation
